This is one of the best places to eat!! Staff are very pleasant and extremely friendly. This is also a kebab shop that will accommodate all your needs. Food fresh and delicious always the same quality. Highly recommend!!

Ordered from this place first time in a long while and food was absolutely disgusting , raw chicken and 4 chips in a cheesy chip that was put into a pita bread one of the chips I bit in half was raw when approached about this was told it?s not possible and that I was making it up it when rang and asked politely the rude man on the phone started saying he?s no time for this and that he?ll give me £5 back which he stated is more than enough (This was a 50 pound order ) then I drove back to the shop where I was verabally abused as soon as I walked through the door both him and his co worker ganged up on my and started shouting in my face in front of other people in the shop I told them I?ve brought all the food back as it was not ateable but they didn?t wanna hear it don?t care about customers just about making profit the abuse I got was unreal just because they?re food was not consumable had a look at their reviews after and gotta say I?m not the first one to have this opinion stay away !

Pizza was cold and bland. I paid for extra cheese and they didn't put it on the pizza. The pepperoni pizza had a weird sweet sauce on it that didn't go well with the pepperoni and made the pizza oily. Maybe it was a bad night but it was not a good pizza.

Been eating from Bella for years now. Best pizza in East Belfast. Girl on the phone has always been great. the few times something wasn't right they where quick to fix any problems. give them a try!

Tried this place for the first time the other night and won't be back. Delivered the completely wrong pizza, once I phoned and said it was the wrong one they said they would send the delivery driver back to pick it up and give me the right one, he arrived back a couple mins later, took the incorrect pizza and said nothing then he got into his car ready to drive off until I flagged him down at the end of my driveway asking is he not going to exchange it and give me the correct pizza... Fella didn't have a clue so he got back into his car and drove back to the shop for a new pizza - have now waited over 2 hours at this point for the pizza, only for it to be cold and stinking when it arrived. Not acceptable considering the price! No offer of an apology and/or discount.
