At my last experience I had to wait just under 30 minutes for my treatment (gel nails) to start. My beautician was very apologetic and I understand things can run behind when it’s busy. However 30 minutes after my booked appointment time is a significant amount of time to be waiting so I would have expected an offer of discount from the salon at that stage.”
