Staff are extremely rude and ignorant and the bank itself was dirty and the floors were quite sticky with dirt everywhere . There was a long line and the bank machine outside wasn?t working . Totally unreliable and the staff were unprofessional also . There where stickers on the bank saying boycott barcallys also and protesters outside say the invest in arms companies and fund Israel war bonds this is yet another reason not to bank with them ! I?ll be closing my account and encourage others to do their own research and come to their own conclusions and hopefully move banks too !

I was at the Barclays Belfast branch to open an account earlier today. The process was fast, seamless and it was a wonderful experience. A member of staff (Gerard) assisted me throughout the account opening process, and made it even easier. Thanks Gerard!

I applied for a Bank account using the App download to my phone.I made the application for a current account but then had to go the branch to show ID so booked appointment I seen Gerard who finished the account opening for me it was simple and easy to do and I am gappy I have account Thank you for assistance

Today I had a problem with Amazon Card so I went to the bank and I got help from the man Gerard as he explained acces to the card on my app and showed me different card features and access to the details was very helpful.
