Easy parking and friendly helpful staff

Massive store with great range of items including bathroom, lighting etc. Outdoor garden centre, not as many plants at the minute and many would benefit from watering. Lots of carparking outside.

Had a very helpfull friendly young man called Ben help us today with tiles I am in an aircast boot .he worked out what we needed loaded them onto a flatbed trolley put them through the self scan for us and took them out and lifted them into the car all with a smile and very polite

Fair play to staff members, went above and beyond for me and missus, we were looking paint for the shed. Special thanks to ciara, gave us sound advice and helped us for over 25minutes. Even told us couple of terrible jokes while we were waiting for another guy to get stuff from the back lol!!

In B&Q today to buy a new Garden Hose. A big thanks to David who helped us out twice during our visit and was willing to help us again but thankfully we found what we were looking for. Exactly the way you want a shop assistant to be. Thanks again David.

Lovely big shop and in for some power tools. You pick what you want then take a ticket to till to pick it up. Excellent system till you get to the till where one very busy girl was trying to do everything. Waited around a bit and ended up setting the ticket down and left.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR DELIVERY TEXTS. They text you delivery dates and times and then don't deliver your order lol. Happened twice this month. May have to just transport it myself as this service is extremely poor wasted 2 days. They will also cancel your order without giving you a reason and you may lose out on the offer then as I did. Customer support will respond after a few days with an excuse about stock levels etc but they will not give you the same offer for another order even though it was entirely their fault for cancelling your order.

Fantastic customer service from Heather & Karen this evening in your Holywood store. Both went above and beyond to source an out of stock item from the newtownabbey store. An asset to the company and deserves recognition for their hard work.

On a customer service level, shop is good. However toward there staff I?v seen disrespectful behaviour from management (i assume?) on the shop floor talking down to staff on numerous occasions. Can only imagine how frequent this is as I?m rarely in any b&q? v. inappropriate and I feel sorry for your staff, embarrassing for all involved.
