Extremely poor customer service, no one bothers to get back to you, particularly concerning when there is food safety issues at their flagship store that they don't seem bothered to fix.
Very disappointing in what is supposed to be a quality and well established brand.

We had avocado-toast yesterday in Avoca. The food was so bad, we had to leave it. The service was also very poor. By the time the burned, cold bread and eggs arrived, we were finished our coffee. The coffee was also cold and rather bitter. We will never be back.
Sorry for being frank post, but when you pay good money for food, and receive below par, inedible produce - there is little that can be said in its favour. Sorry again for the honest review.

Love coming here for tea and cake. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Always seating available. Queues can be long but it's worth the wait!

Rang on Wednesday to enquire if a scarf I wanted to buy could be posted out as I have had a stroke & couldn?t get into town. Super helpful girl, who said it shouldn?t be a problem & she would check with her supervisor. Told me that the supervisor would ring me back ias she was with a customer. That I would have to pay P&P, that wasn?t
a problem. Such a lovely helpful girl but unfortunately the supervisor never got in touch. Sale lost.

Some of the staff in the cafe(the thin bearded guy in particular) are rude and clearly don't want to be there. Food is just ok..extremely over priced. Has deffinitely gone down hill big time. Would also help if tea pots and cups were properly cleaned and dumped when cracked or chipped.

Always call in here when in Belfast. Their scones are the best ever and their lunch salads s we hilts not the cheapest are superb. Go! You?ll love it.

I went for food. It's pricey but it's worth it- the food is amazing. Seats could be more comfortable though. Toilet isn't very easy access (for wheel chair users, prams etc)

Not at all hidden gem , my favourite place for breakfast and lunch in belfast , Amazing coffee, amazing scones, the mango chia pudding is crazy. The salads are beaut the butterbean one and the tabbouleh are lovely, There's so many good options here, plenty of seating but always busy. Never go past without a stop in for a bite if I'm in town.

Joined the Christmas shoppers this morning and stopped for coffee and a mince pie. It?s a long time since I?ve tasted such crispy thin pastry and delicious fruit filling in my mince pie!

Visited the restaurant yesterday morning, gluten free scones were rock hard and dry and tasteless, you could not swallow if you tried , the toasted sandwich with ham and cheese was cold in the middle, so after reheating it then became rock hard , absolutely disastrous, would definitely not recommend this place to anyone , £25 down the drain ?

Decent coffee, the breakfast was good but too much portion size wise for me to finish (which is an unusual occurrence!!)
