My only criticism would be nothing to do with the staff at all, but £9 to fit windscreen wipers (a job which took the guy 30-60 seconds to do is, I feel, excessive - my arm is damaged so I had no choice but to pay. “Nearly 4 pm on a Saturday I checked my partners tyres as she had a cancellation for an MOT on the Sunday! One tyre at the front I found was actually really bad and would be a fail and I don't know were her closest tyre centres would be but in checking they were all closed. Called the guys at Kwik Fit as they showed open and they said call over. We were there for 16.10 and they took the car in, tyre changed and the alignment done as this was obviously causing the tyre failure. Positive and friendly service, went for a coffee and returned to the car finished. Ps the car passed MOT on the Sunday which it would never have done with this one tyre. Thanks guys.”

He provided me with the best option to replace the tire and got this done quickly. Someone travelling with family from USA to another country, this is simply unbelievable. “I called into Halfords, Boucher, Belfast for some gas canisters for my camping stove. I realised I needed air in my tyre on setting out that morning. I then noticed Halfords attending to a vehicle outside, I enquired, and the customer care assistant advised me, the service was, a free 10 point car check which didn't involve inflating the tyres, but would check the tyre pressure. On further advice from the customer care team, I signed up to Halfords Free Motoring Club. I was booked in for a car check there and then. I called back after shopping and not only was my car checked, but the very helpful customer care team had also inflated my tyre for me. I was so grateful as it was also a very wet and cold day. Thank you very much indeed, a very helpful and friendly team.”

“Despite living in Carryduff for past 10 years, continued taking my car to Belfast for services etc for those 10 years having built trust with a garage there.Today though I finally tried a garage in Carryduff. The fella who fixed my brakes seemed like a great guy, charged a fair price and told a few stories. Salt of the earth.Was embarrassing seeing the remains of my brake discs though.. ?Update: Visit on 9th June 22 - fantastic again. Phoned yesterday with battery trouble. “Stephen did an amazing job repairing my bumper on my citroen C4 Cactus. It got badly scratched after hitting a pebble dashed wall. My front panel also shifted and was hitting against the passenger door when opening, and my headlamp had broken away from its clips. A quick call to Stephen, and he was with me within the hour to quote me for the job. As promised, he collected my car the next day and told me he would have it back to me in a few days' time. I really appreciated Stephen doing this for me as I have a broken leg and unable to drive at the moment, so to come and lift the car and bring it back to me was a massive help.. When Stephen returned the car to me , the job he had done was simply amazing. Work was carried out to a very high standard and on time as agreed. It was an absolute pleasure to give my custom to Stephen. A very open and honest man who does what he says he will do, no messing about. A number I will definitely be saving. Good range of antifreeze and other car items to browse while waiting. Plenty of car parking. You can order online but I haven't had to and find it a great option to just nip in.”

“Great item for the price. Unfortunately the first one had no keys so it had to be returned hassle free and a new one obtained. Thankfully this one had keys so I was able to access the locked drawers and get the wheels and fit them. All in all a usable handy tool chest with adequate storage for the occasional diyer /hobbyist
