Dirty place ,rude lazy staff,high prices.Use Lidl across the road,much better prices for branded goods and there own products are good quality.Give it a try and I think you will be very surprised.

I use the delivery service weekly and although sometimes the substitutes are a bit sketchy there is never a problem returning them for a refund. Today I had the loviest delivery man by the name of Gareth. Not only did he carry my shopping in for me but he practically unpacked it for me too. Now that's what I call great customer service. He even apologised for walking over my freshly mopped floors bless him! Well done Asda on employing this great young man hes a credit to you ?

I called here this morning 24/07/2025 around 7.30. Went to the cash point. The cash point had trollies sitting around it which I was out of sight from anyone. Anyone could have been mugged. I did feel a little uncomfortable as a man had came along, looked around but left. Should an area like a cash point have anything sitting around it?

More holes in shelfs than the roads in this country.
Poor very poor , basic product constantly no stock why ??? .
Only time it's fully stocked must be when they are getting visit from head office .

Ordered online delivery half my order was missing or out of date, been in contact with half the population of India trying to get a refund, where they just pass me around to supposedly different departments.
I'll spend my money elsewere in future

Asda delivery ? superb, I get a delivery about every other week this year as I'm unable to visit the shop and everytime the drivers are curtious, friendly and on time. My Christmas shopping was as always excellently picked packed and delivered, with excellent dates. Well done, good job to all involved and a merry Christmas ?

Unfortunately cleanliness in female toilets very poor. Visited on Monday October 16th, overwhelming smell of stale urine , hand dryer out of order and no paper towels available

I've just come out of Asda today and it will be my last visit. Shop is dirty, floors look like they've not seen a mop in months. Shelves are a shambles very little stock, empty shelves and customers putting their shins at risk trying to dodge all the cages full of stock to fill out those empty shelves. The final straw. Spent 1 hr in store today mostly trying to find stuff as you've moved everything but during that hour I went back to the pizza counter 4 times no one manning it. Eventually spoke to a member of staff at customer service who says 'oh it mustn't be open today. No it must be open. No it's not open. So all that uncovered food on display on the counter is how you normally leave that counter when it's not operating. As I said. I won't be back. Don't bother with the standard we appreciate your feedback it's not sincere
