I go in here to check out the free from range both on the aisle and freezer. I just stood yesterday again in disbelief at how shambolic the Free From products were in the freezer. No attempt at separating the products...all just thrown in a heap....even if there are not many products, surely to arrange them neatly for the customer is appropriate. It looked like some shambolic bargain bin. The aisle products had vegetarian products mixed in but not gluten free. Someone being Coeliac or gluten intolerant is no laugh and if these products are picked up as gluten free its a health hazard . Come on Asda...you can do better!...surely?

This store used to be great anytime you go in now there?s nothing you actually need and everything you don?t need. They never order anything in or just have any stock at all for that matter. To actually do a weekly shop in here you would have to be eating whatever Asda decides to order in that week rather than plan to what to eat yourself. We shopped in here for years and only now come along if it?s something simple like milk because half the time they don?t even have fresh bread. Save yourself time, effort and anger and go to Tesco at Newtownabbey as they have everything you need and more.

The pizza counter is an absolute pain. The girl just decides to close up any time she likes. Walk in one day at 5.30 and she says it closes at 5pm, so I came early the next time at 4pm and she decided to close the counter an hour early, but why? Is it even allowed to be closed at random times like that? It is very frustrating with a horrible customer experience 9/10 times.

I only go here if I am desperate.
My main issue here is the lack of any respect from staff and they let kids run riot on the shop floor doing what they want. If something happens it will be the stores fault for not controling it.
Not helpful when looking for something, not helpful at all really.
Also, no control of the limited disabled bays that there are, no one wants to do anything about it, just turn a blind eye.
Makes me not want to shop in here.

Lots of staff but it?s always a big wait at a till to be served today three people stood at the tobacco counter while a floor manager was talking to two members of staff all three looked at the counter and all three ignored for 10mins and had to be asked to come over and serve .I find that?s the norm with the customer service at Asda the attitude seems to be it?s not my job .I now only go here if I have too .

Needs overhauled. Cramped. I visit this Asda Supermarket regularly in addition to other supermarkets in the area. Asda on the Shore Road in Belfast was taken over from Morrisons after they sold their ex Safeway outlets to Asda. It was given a makeover by Asda but not much beyond that. It's an old building with pillars, one in particular standing right in front of the shelving. A number of years ago clothes were added to the assortment but it looks very out of place and doesn't seem to attract any shoppers. Ideally, Asda will undertake action and replace this building. It should be noted that LIDL directly across has already done this and now forms a serious threat to Asda. Until something happens it remains a monument to a bygone era in retail, jarring with the busy Asda Living outlet at City Side shopping centre not far away.

Went in this evening to pick up a couple of things.Went to the till and was served by a lovely lady called Stacey-she met me with a big smile and was so pleasant and it was 5pm on Christmas Eve,when I'm sure she wouldve rather been at home.I don't shop in Asda very much, but due to staff like Stacey,I will return more often.Thank you.Philip Stephens
