I ordered an item online 28th October, to be collected at Asda Yorkgate. Obviously paid for in advance. 2 weeks later I still haven't received item. Tried tracking it with no joy, having just read there's a problem with tracking & to seek a refund. It would have been appreciated if I had been contacted & told this. Customer service 0/10
