I bought Smart watch for blood pressure app but wasn't compatible with my phone so I wanted to return.
I was told I should do research first and was refused to return the product.
Also manager Andy gave me fake number for customer service ??

5 stars simply for Connlaith! She was so helpful, so fantastic, a great example of how people in a customer facing role should be.. (Looking at you manager Glenn from newtownabbey store!) She resolved my problem within 10 minutes and even helped guide us on what we should exchange it for. So these 5 stars are not for argos, they're for you Connlaith! I wish you nothing but joy and success, thank you for being so nice and helpful!

Unprofessional staff, especially who manages the return counter. They sell used items and wont not accept them when returning. They will force you to try another Argo store for a return. While checking the item, they will tear down the cover and will not pack them again. Very unprofessional; I was not expecting this type of service. Very disappointed. :(

Very rude staff. While waiting here I saw a lady purchase a watch which she seemed to have problems with. When she approached the staff to query the problem, she was told, and I quote "We are very busy here, we don't have time to look at your watch or fix it". THIS WAS Peter who is the manager.The faces on the staff, was disgusting, from eye rolling to mumbling under their breath.

I left Castle Court with my hands full at Poundland, Superdrug, Top Gift Outlet No. 92, and Bargain Books in Belfast, UK. The assortment was impressive, offering excellent value for the items. The service was both professional and efficient. I bought birthday gifts, toys, adapter that can convert for U.K. to U.S. plug and other useful things.

Place is at the corner , if you are new in city google is messed here it quite spin you around. Just enter in cast court building on second floor opposite to Kfc or in front of Mtalan shop.
