I was in Argento Forestside with my Mum on new years eve and we were served by a fabulous staff member called Alex! She was so lovely and couldn't have been more helpful! Her customer service was first class! Both myself and my Mum were delighted with our purchases and we will definitely be back to shop again!! :)

Staff are dreadful,don't even offer you assistance and when you ask for help they make you feel like your bothering them,young girl served me yesterday had the personality of a collapsed lung

Was in the store on remembrance day. Was lovely to hear over the forestside sound system that the whole centre was going to acknowledge and respect the 2 minute silence. But this store refused to let their staff acknowledge this. Was this just down to the store manager or was it the policy of argento as a whole
