Want to recognise 2 brilliant members of staff, Bre and Danielle. I went into the shop wanting advice on my bra fittings and both of them were very friendly and super helpful. Danielle went above and beyond getting me different styles and offering assistance on each until we found what suited me best and I felt comfortable in.
Such great customer service is somewhat rare these days and was very much appreciated.
I hope they get shown this and feel proud of themselves.

As an LGBTQ person I appreciate the inclusivity and safeness of this shop. It isn?t too quiet inside so you don?t feel too awkward and the prices are good.

Myself and my husband were shopping in Ann summers Belfast and was so fortunate to be served by a sales assistant called Georgia. Amazing girl made me feel so welcome and was a fantastic help to me and also made my husband feel comfortable too. So will feel so comfortable going back. Thanks Georgia x

My husband and I were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff named Lauren! She made our whole experience relaxed by instantly putting us both at ease. She was polite, friendly and professional this girl deserves credit as a sales assistant, she ticked every box and because of her we will both visit the shop again, thanku Lauren!! ?

Shop should close always empty some staff are helpfull others are ignorant and stand around talking I'd rather shop online not great shop at all plus better deals online

Well all I can say is this I would not recommend using the g string as dental floss as not built strong enough and I have tested worn and new ones so I believe in my review.

Is this store in Belfast closing? It's dark and dreary. The staff are ok and friendly. But there are much better adult stored in Belfast .
