I?m a bit wet behind the ears when it comes to golf and was a bit apprehensive when it came to seeking advice.
Came here and the place was super busy with it being the weekend before Fathers Day, the staff were dealing with everything in their stride and when I was up next they advised and helped me out making me feel better about going here and ended up leaving with two good additions to my golf set.
Good range of clubs, clothes and items.
Somewhere upstairs to try out clubs before you buy them, plus the Son had a great time with the putting practice

Terrible, do not trust. Tried to sell me a set of irons with no 5 or 6, claiming ?most sets don?t have them these days?

Sold me two pair of shoes. Both leaked. Told me once you take second pair warranty ends when I asked to exchange. Didnt tell me at the time of second purchase. £100 shoes that leak water. Brilliant, customer lost.

Typical high street experience - mixed staff attitudes, with no knowledge or experience to help with purchasing. All the clothes are wrinkled on the racks, making it look like a bit of a makeshift market... Tried to have data driven fittings for irons and putters over the years with absolutely no knowledge or desire demonstrated from the employees... To top it off they constantly ask for personally identifiable information (name, post code and house number) for some sort of excuse of a loyalty programme? Literally can't buy without being encouraged to give my personal address - overall the experience is a joke.

Was in store today with my husband and to say the assistant, when she did decide to come over to us, couldn't have been more disinterested. No customer service/people skills. Is it too much to ask for more than YES or NO answers and then for the assistant to WALK AWAY. Will not be back to this store.Went across the road to McGuirks Golf store and it was like night and day. Extremely helpful young man who couldn't have done enough for us and got a sale

I've bought today Ping G Le2 putter for ladies for £259 but after come home checked the price online. Many places were selling it for £229, lowest for £219.
