I had the best shopping experience this afternoon at All Saints, Victoria Square. Shopping on my own and indecisive when it comes to choosing sizes at the best of times, I figured it would be an unsuccessful retail trip. However - Romi & Terence - my apologies if I?ve gotten that wrong - were a god send. They were so lovely and friendly and helpful and non-intimidating. They spent time suggesting pieces for me to try, fetching items & sizes and giving advice on what to wear and how to wear it - and it was so helpful and enjoyable. I didn?t feel rushed. I didn?t feel like they were just pushing for a sale. I felt like a smug Julia Roberts as I walked out of the store, confident with my new wardrobe. The store itself is relaxing and spacious. The staff are a joy. I can?t recommend this All Saints enough.

Love! Love! Love! This store is one of my favourites in Belfast. Came into buy jeans with my baby, all mothers know the struggle of a pram. The staff let me take my baby into the larger changing room with me, this made my experience feel so much better than what it would have been worrying about her in her pram x, especially love their management and their new boys!!!

The service here is AMAZING. The Team went above and beyond to help me find the right sizes and review various options. They even stayed open overtime so I could finish my shopping. Incredibly lovely people ? Thank you so much! 5 stars all the way

I love the 'all saints' brand, and this shop is well looked after. Unfortunately neither I nor my husband will be going back there.We went in to do some Christmas shopping, when my husband went to pay, he was asked out for a date by the cashier.I was sitting not far away when he went to pay, she probably didn't see me even though several times I had to move to let her pass when we were looking at the clothes, thinking she was just a rude customer.Honestly we both felt extremely uncomfortable and offended after paying and we will definitely not go back.Unprofessional behaviour.

Visited the Belfast AllSaints store on Monday 25th April to return a jacket I had ordered online. I was immediately met by a lovely girl, Roma. She took the jacket straight away and asked me if I would mind trying the jacket on for her and explain what I didn't like about it. She listened to everything I had to say, offered some advice. We talked style & fit. She asked would I mind if she picked out a few jackets for me to look at. Needless to say I am home with the perfect jacket for me. The leather is super soft, looks and smells of sheer quality. I'm over the moon. I have never had this level of customer assistance ever. One very happy customer. Thank you so much Roma. I will be back!
