Shopping on my own and indecisive when it comes to choosing sizes at the best of times, I figured it would be an unsuccessful retail trip. However - Romi & Terence - my apologies if I’ve gotten that wrong - were a god send. They were so lovely and friendly and helpful and non-intimidating. They spent time suggesting pieces for me to try, fetching items & sizes and giving advice on what to wear and how to wear it - and it was so helpful and enjoyable. I didn’t feel rushed.
