Was picking up an online order on morning of 16th Oct and was served by a lovely member of staff who find my order despite me giving the wrong name ?, and when I bought other items in store was good enough to apply the discount from my pick up order (10% off) which I wouldn?t have been aware of. Great customer service and she was a credit to the store
