The quality of this Tesco is slipping. Popular items are always out of stock while the stuff no one wants floods the shelves. If you have racks of whole cream milk sitting there and no semi-skimmed, then get more semi-skimmed; it isn't a difficult concept. The software and hardware at the self checkout is the absolute worst out of any retailer. It struggles to read bar codes and has the worst logic for handling items in the checkout area. There are more items on the restocking trolleys that litter the isles than there is on the shelves. They have reverted to coin operated trolley dispensers which is annoying if you don't have coins, which many people don't in this cashless society.

Is there any reason your downsizing on the Nescafe Original, you used to sell 300g around the £7 mark and recently noticed you no longer stock it in the shop or even online. I know this is a trend you supermarkets usually do, carry on this trend and I can promise you that no one will be buying 200g of Nescafe from any of your shops including Asda for the old £7 price you had for 300g!!!!!!!
Do better or we will go else where!!!!!!!!!

Terrible surveillance in the underground car park, every night people are speeding through it like its rainbow road form Mario, almost been hit by them on multiple occasions. Absolutely disgusting, either Tesco does something or I will put my own surveillance in there myself.

almost got hit by a car in their underground car park. the car scene there has been getting worse and nothing is being done about it, it has been making the surrounding streets more dangerous and a car was hit in my street, and i am positive it came from tescos car park. get a grip and sort this out

Extremely poorly managed store with lots of items out of stock or no longer available. Staffing on checkouts is minimal, it seems that the emphasis is on self scanning your own items to save on staffing costs. What store at Xmas doesn't have the shelves fully packed and the store cleaned prior to opening their doors for business. Having to navigate your way around cleaning machines and packing trolleys at the busiest time of year is simply ludicrous. Its time for a change in 2024, support local businesses and order specialist items online.

The old ignorant sour bird that works on the self scanners has a face like she hasn't been throttled for years. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. Perhaps a change of role or early retirement would suit her better.

I am not one to complain but there is an extremely rude self check out staff at this store!Imagine asking for help and being told it's not the machines it's your scanning skills ?!Come on lol , Seems to be some lacking of customer service skills apparently at this store.I am beyond shocked at the disrespect from this woman / member off staff!I am aware everyone has their problems outside of work but that was an unacceptable way to talk to a customer that only asked for some help.. shocking, maybe a job out of retail / customer service would be better for you can't believe the likes of the attitude!Apologies to the nice staff that actually work here!
