I was in Superdrug in Bloomfield Bangor yesterday with my 11 year old daughter and the manager Lindsay and her colleague Abbey showed exceptional customer service. Lindsay was dedicated to helping my daughter buy a lovely perfume for her mums birthday. We both came out delighted with our purchase and we could not be more satisfied with the service we received. 5 stars guys!

Had an issue needed something swapped but didnt have a receipt so phoned the store and got speaking to a woman named lindsay think she was the store manager and she was so lovely and told me to go to the store and she would sort it out for me. Went down and she came straight out to me and spoke to me like we have known eachother for years. . Nothing was a problem to her. So nice to receive such good customer service. ?

Popped in on Monday evening. I needed help and a lovely girl, Toni, went above and beyond. I was trying testers recommended by her and then she went and got me wipes to clean.my face. She made sure I was happy before I left and was able to get me a superdrug own brand and get me discount with a card.Great employee and a lovely girl.

Visited Superdrug in search of small handbag size hairbrush, asked young male assistant, who pointed me in right direction and found exactly what I wanted at a reasonable cost. Job done, loyalty cards in operation at checkout.

I went into superdrug in bloomfields, bangor on monday 18th feb at about 5pmish and there was a young assistant there. I was in a bit of a fluster as my daughters hair had gone the wrong colour!!this young girl came away from what she was doing, giving me her full attention and went through all of the different options of hair dye that i could use. She was extremely helpful and was very understanding with me. I just wanted to make sure she knows how grateful i am to her and im so sorry i didnt even get her name.
