Ordered food, only got half my order, missing 3 items

Appalling service, my daughter ordered a Tuna sub , it arrived after an hour and a half, eventually it arrived just before closing time, my daughter received a ham sub .. not exactly suitable for a pescatarian ? , by the time she realised the wrong order had been delivered the branch was closed. The phone number was not recognised. We have contacted just eat and await a refund, plus an apology from your selves. Suffice to say we will never order again.

Waited 15 mins for a collection that was sitting ready with only one person in front of me. Food was stone cold. Staff were miserable. Deliveroo getting priority over a queue of customers standing waiting.
Other customers behind me waiting just walked out !

25 mins waiting to be served. 2 people working, no urgency at all, one doing just eat orders other serving a queue of 6 people. Food not great, bread overcooked, meat tough. Need more people on over lunch to cope with orders. Guy that served me was pleasant

Had lovely sub role and quite honestly it was great, to my surprise as i often eat while out and about, the girl that served myself and the couple in front of me was a credit to the company, could not be more helpful have no problems recommending this outlet.

Usually good service - usual standard you get in any Subway. So far I've never seen them out if stock of any items - unlike other outlets. But they do need to pay better attention to cleaning tables quicker between customers - especially in this time of Covid. Quite often I am wiping someone else's crumbs away and the customers after us are taking our uncleaned table...

One guy talking to another member of staff while doing my order. Another member of staff came in and the dirty look he gave her was unreal. If there is staff issues dont bring it to the shop floor.
