Ordered from this subway today as I'm in a rush to get to a party and they went above and beyond ?. They sent extra cookies because they weren't able to give me a second white chocolate cookie and the food was absolutely lovely.

Several times order delayed. 2 subs, didn't bother putting cheese in. Another time it looked like the subs had been punched after being shat on. This last time, 20 mins late- called shop to be told its sitting and just waiting for driver to get back. Said it would probably be 20 mins before the driver returned as had several deliveries to do. Advised it could be another 20 mins before driver got to my address. So basically over 2 hours for a couple subs. Just cancelled, so I get to wait for my refund- who knows how long they'll take to do that.
Don't take the orders of you can't fulfil your delivery times. Will not be eating from here again.

Never have meatballs, was offered a BMT instead. If I wanted a BMT I would've asked for one. Didn't even have onions!

Very disappointing, order 2 subways both very dry cold and taste was like it had been made yesterday , I ordered and was given 1 hour delivery time which was fine but then 1hour 23 minutes later another email saying it will be 2 and half hours, and another email 32 seconds layer saying it would be 3 hour's after the time I ordered. I tried calling yo cancel but they did not pick up, retried 14 times phone just rings out, no option on bangor eats app. To cancel or email just the restaurant number which they don't answer. If they can't forfill the order they should not take the order. This is the second time this has happened and I will not be using them again. Poor attitude from drivers, food not in a good condition on arrival

Horrendous service. An hour after I placed the order I got 2 messages; 1. Your order has been cancelled, 2. Your order is on its way.Called the restaurant continuously for 15 minutes trying to work out what was happening and no answer.Clearly decided they just don?t want to work at lunch time.

They had the 12 Treats (app offer) advertised on the front glass but said they couldn't do it. Day 5 of deal and staff didn't know what was meant when asked. Also, they didn't have hashbrowns to do the advertised festive sub + only side available was nachos :/

Very disappointed with the service. Ordered subway last week and was overcharged. For the sake of £1.50 I just left it. Returned again this morning for the Buffalo Chicken only to find they didn't have any and my choice of bread was unavailable too! Three choices of bread and it was only 1130am!I had to ask 3 times to claim my free birthday cookie as well! Utter shambles!!! I will not be back.
