i went in and got my subway and the girl who did the first bit of my order was lovely and the young boy who did the second part was plain rude to me after i politely asked him to repeat what he said and was very ignorant and impatient to me all because i didnt hear him and was very uninterested while speaking to me. not a fan

Ordered an order off the app and went to collect it then was told the order should?ve been cancelled and that they had no food left . I have not received a refund and was told I had to email subway, what a waste of time and money

The toilets are in a terrible way. There no way they are been regularly cleaned and checked. A place that services food should not have bathrooms of this standard

So they open at 8am...I go in at 10:15 to get sandwich to be told hearty Italian bread not ready! Was then told it was ready but hot so wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. You having a laugh . Absolute joke so left without anything. The place needs better staff who know what they are doing. Guy this morning looked liked he'd just rolled out of bed. ?

Such kind and accommodating staff tonight, they were so wonderful whist I was in with my niece and nephew - they?re a handful but I felt no judgment and the food was great too:)
