The last two times I?ve been on there, I?ve been served by a male member of staff & a female member of staff. Both have been so helpful and nice and very friendly and give off good banter. Sports direct should be proud to have employees like this.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The small man behind the till glared at me the entire time. Not one smile. Zero interaction. Actually made me feel like I'd done something wrong!!!! Don't be going here if you're wanting a magical happy customer experience.

This has got to be the worst service I?ve came upon in a long time. Went up stairs to get a pair of trainers found what I was as looking for and asked staff member as she was passing could I have the correct size. She said when I get back. Another female member asked myself and another customer where we being looked after so I said apparently this other member of staff is going to help but when she came back the girl said can you help this lady and her response was I haven?t had my break yet and walked on by to which the other member of staff said to me we don?t have your size even though I hadn?t asked for a size yet so she must be clairvoyant and then went on to say she had looked yesterday. I was so disappointed with this type of customer care I just thought neither of you should be working with the public. So I left as I thought if I stay I?ll say something that I would regret.

Poor customer service. My partner took me to get me a pair of sketchers as an early birthday present the guy who eventually came to help my partner was rude when my partner asked him for the next size up and different colours and said that he was too fussy and didn't have much of a choice. My partner gave him the sketcher and we both left. I think if I or my partner had been rude to customer it wouldn't have been long till we would have been pulled up on it by our employers.

Big store based in Bangor. Kind of like an upmarket Primark except serving you up with designer brand gear for toddlers to adults, and the prices (£) are fantastic - almost everything seems to be on sale/offer. Well worth a visit in my opinion ?.

Customer service is absolutely shocking Was in store today and went to the counter with T-shirt the manager said he couldn?t charge me the price I seen it for because the other tops had a different tag on them basically trying to say I changed the label wont be back not the first thing that?s happened in this shop

I went to get a sports bag. I have difficulty with stairs. After 20 minutes of being ignored, walked away from and left standing at a till as staff attempted to find the price, I came away empty- handed. No one spoke to me unless I spoke to them first. Staff made me feel a nuisance. The only exception was the young girl near the lift who helped me operate it. I try to shop locally to support real businesses but I'm going online now to buy a sports bag.

Customer service is absolutely appalling. The guy who I think was the manager had my son in tears cause he couldn't tie his laces and he totally belittled him. Then I had gone upstairs to get my daughter shoes to be told stand over there ill get someone now for you. I'm still waiting. Then when I went to the till with my sons shoes the guy on the till was extremely rude and rolled his eyes at me as I approached the till.I understand people have off days but that was ridiculous.

Avoid at all cost! I love shopping online with this company & couldn?t complained tbh. However I decided to go in store to shop this time. Disappointed ? was a understatement . Staff are unfriendly, supervisor was childish and had no customer service skills. They offer don?t refunds. I purchased my daughters school shoes However they where to small & they didn?t have anymore left to accommodate me.. they left me with a credit note & no shoes. Supervisor was sarcastic, immature & had no customer service skills. I will definitely be shopping online as at least you can be addressed as a customer. Felt like he was picking a fight in his playground. Avoid horrible store.
