I received excellent service before and during my visit. Communication was good and all staff were very helpful and pleasant. I was taken on time and given excellent help[ and advice at all stages of the visit.

I was made to feel very unwelcome today at Specsavers in Bloomfield. I bought a pair of DKNY verifocals in April 2025 and I called in today to ask if someone could adjust the arms around my ears. There was a gentleman talking to a member of staff at front desk so I went over to the customer service desk (where you normally collect your glasses from) and joined the queue. The member of staff then asked me ?can I help?? And I said ?I?m just here to ask for some assistance with my glasses? she the told me, ?well this is Reception!? Very abruptly and rudely. She then looked up to show me a RECEPTION sign suspended from the ceiling (which I?ve ever seen before) I really didn?t appreciate her tone , I was left feeling very uncomfortable so I said I would call another day as she was very rude. Never have I felt like this at this store. I spent over £240 on my glasses and I will not be back!!

Would like to say a special thank you to James for helping me with my contact lense trial. I was very nervous as I am sensitive and easily overwhelmed when it comes to eye related things. When I told him I was uncomfortable he offered to do the trial in a private office to make me more comfortable, brought me water and was so patient, kind and reassuring. James was outstanding and so helpful thank you so much !

I was very unsure on what type of glasses would suit me as was my husband but the girl certainly chose a great looking pair if glasses which I love. She made it such a pleasant experience.

Very impressed with Jacob the optician very nice and helpful, also the importance of the extra picture that shows back of eyes well worth an extra £5 and in my view (sorry the pun) perhaps formany a life and sight saver.
