Always love visiting this little store. Tons of enticing products and items to look at and an awesome store owner who's always up for a chat. Prices are fair and vibe is great. Just don't try bring a group in here, the small store floor can easily get a little cramped

One of my favorite places to get tshirts. I got my first Green Day shirt here many years ago! Good prices and friendly staff.

A pretty cool little alternative clothing shop in the heart of Bangor. It does a roaring trade with teenagers looking for some clothes to mark their individuality. You'll get band t-shirts, funky jewelry, metal posters, accessories and even the odd bong. Prices are good compared to other shops in the same vein, you certainly won't be ripped off here. Staff are great, friendly and always welcoming.

Rough Stuff is pretty cool! It's an alternative clothing shop, sort of on par with Alley Cats or rip off on Belfast but offering a little bit more than both. It's always been really busy when I've popped in here too. They sell a whole array f black, rock and metal clothing, accessories, bongs, knives, air rifles and everything in between and as the guys have said you can imagine the rebellious youth of the Bangorians coming here to piss off their snooty parents! The staff are great and always really helpful and I can't help not buying something while I'm in here! Their jewellery is pretty cool!

A pretty legendary wee shop in Bangor, one that has been around for as long as I have, if not longer. This was the place that many of us went to get our first clothes when we were reaching out in vein for some sort of teenage individuality. We were unaware of the irony that it everyone was shopping in the same place it was pretty hard to be individual. This place appears to still be a Mecca for those who think of themselves as Bangor's disaffected youth, and those under 18 who don't want to wear a tracksuit or be a christian. You can pick up all sorts here from t-shirts and army surplus stuff to jewellery and pin badges. You can also pick up a pretty bizarre selection of knives, air rifles and the like. As well as bongs and pipes for 'herbal' remedies. All in all a pretty cool wee shop. The staff are lovely and it has a great location.

Rough Stuff is a shop that specialises in all things alternative. You will not find a Salmon T-shirt in this outlet. Located at the Bottom of High Street and opposite teen hang out McKee Clock, Rough Stuff is always busy. Why is it so popular you ask? Well it is a little different from everything else in Bangor. It provides rebellious teens and adults alike a different shopping experience. Packed full of Band t-shirts, pin badges, skater chains and posters. You would be forgiven for thinking you had been transported to early 90's Seattle. So if you are shopping for an alternative teen or fancy reliving your youth, pop down to Rough Stuff and have a sift through its unusual dark treasures, who knows you might even come out with a Nirvana T-shirt.
