Excellent service from Kayden in Bloomfield store today. My daughter?s new phone had a problem with SIM card activation. Kayden very kindly sorted the issue so promptly and efficiently. Fantastic customer service Kayden, thank you. We will be coming to you for renewal of our future contracts.

I recently upgraded my phone and ordered the new one online. So, of course there were issues, especially about the esim.
As we were in Bangor I called into their Bloomfield store and lovely guy called Mathew sorted everything out.
I usually find the people in these stores can be a bit condescending and intimidating but Mathew was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Next time I upgrade I will definitely be calling into this branch.

Just bought new iPhone in ards. They said they couldn?t transfer anything as their wi fi was bad. Went in today . Myah saw to us . She couldn?t have been more helpful. Tried to sort phone out for abt 20 minutes. She was very patient and polite. Couldn?t recommend her enough. Sorted everything out. Thank u . David conn

Shocking customer experience. Went in to look at some new phones, with the intention of buying one. I was met with absloute arrogance, the ruddest, worst experience I've ever had from a sales person. Have bought every phone over the last 20 year from this shop. Will never be back in that shop again.

Yeah was beyond fantastic and nothing was to much trouble. As a deaf pensioner Ards shopping staff just didn't want to help and turned away a £600 sale rather than help. SHOCKING

Visited today to upgrade and ended up getting up and leaving due to the aggressive, ignorant, impatient idiot with the vile butterfly tattoo on his neck. He didn't have a clue what I was talking about. An absolute horror of a human being. AVOID THIS STORE!!!

Leah solved my Apple Watch connectivity problems quickly and efficiently - she was very knowledgeable and helpful. This followed six calls to o2 tech support & two to apple, with no one able to fix or understand the problem. Great customer service!
