Disgraceful attitude from staff. Extremely rude and offensive. Tables cluttered and not cleared of dirty crockery. Will not visit again.

Absolutely disgusting. Dark haired young girl very rude and don?t care attitude. Look at my gingerbread latte!! 3/4 full!!! When I asked her to top it up she said, I can?t really as I?d have to pour it all and start all over!! Very cocky attitude, no smile and definately NO people skills. I told her it was ok, drank my cold latte and walked out. She needs training BIG time.

Been to the cafe several times after work over the last year just for it to be closed early. Can?t rely on the place to be open and no explanation as to why they shut early, so will be avoiding.

The place was filthy, customers queueing for what seems like forever to be served and the manager is going round shouting at her staff and banging things in a temper. So unprofessional. She clearly needs anger management classes. I walked out and went to the high street costa instead. Worth the distance, trust me. I had a great experience in that one.

i was here with my 5 year old daughter and mum, we popped in after doing some shopping and the first thing i noticed was how messy all the tables where, and yet there was 3 people all chatting behind the till, i got served by the mananger ( i only know her a s the manager as she informed me once i made a complaint) she took my order in a very snappy way then the other girl made my drinks all the time max was talking away to the girl who was making our drinks and swearing!. so i said please be careful my duaghter is here and we can hear you, max then went on to give me stern words and said this is my store and my staff and behind this till we can say what we want! witht hat i just walked out and rang headoffice to make a comalpint we never went back in for our drinks or refund i was so upset and angry at this. for a manager she needs to learn customer service.

We had a coffee and a roll. HUGE cups you struggled to lift. My coffee was a little cloudy after putting the milk in but by the time I waited to and able to mention it at the till it had cleared up but not much interest and some disbelief in what I was saying anyway. My wife had her coffee put in a takeout cup cos she couldn?t lift , again the staff hardly interested and seemed pur out at doing it, everything seemed all to much trouble for the girls behind the counter. The sausage bap was nice though.

Visited at 11.50am on a Monday morning, absolutely no food available, lack of drinks available and terrible service.

This cafe refused to sell a cake to my daughter of 7 year old and then refused to give her a toilet key as they say it had closed strange that it had closed before 19.30 one of the waitress tried to help but was told in no uncertain terms that the cafe had closed leaving my 7 year old crying thanks for the customer service

Very disappointed with costa and the staff today! Here with a 5 year boy ( a promise of a hot chocolate after a hospital appointment). We found a tabe, and my little boy sat at it quietly playing in his i-pad while I was waiting in line to be served! He was asked to move- so another person could sit at the table with his food!!!! Other people came in and sat at tables while their partners waited in line (while we were there)to be served - but we were singled out and told not to!!! Thankfully some kind people felt sorry for us and waited until we eventually got served and gave us their table!!!! I was obviously flustered and the only person with a small child. Staff made an issue out if nothing- moving a child from a table!!! I wouldn?t have a problem if they were consistent- today they were not!!!!!

Stopped here for tea and cake from Bangor hospital very safe,nice and clean,staff are helpful,cakes were beautiful and fresh

Having a work meeting whilst having breakfast, never been a problem at any other Costa, have done many times before. Approached by owner, told a customer had complained, asked how long call would be - call was on speaker but no louder than a normal conversation. Felt so uncomfortable I left without finishing food - asked owner if she would ask customers to leave if having a loud conversation, she then told me to stop shouting at her (I absolutely was not shouting, I would never do that as I don't disrespect regardless of how I'm treated) and she was just the messenger (no, you're the owner and I'm also a customer). Sat in car almost in tears. Suspect more to do with not being Welsh than anything else.

The Costa coffee is always very welcome especially when you are shopping. This outlet is very handily places.

A nice cafe over looking the main road. It is just like any other costa. i must say though their coffee is spectacular along with there hot chocolate.

It's a fairly busy little place but benefits from great free and easy parking, good loo, and the window seats give a good view out onto the road to allow for some people watching whilst caffinating, otherwise pretty standard Costa.
