The pharmacist at Morrisons Pharmacy, Bangor, is the biggest problem. Most of the time he?s outside vaping or smoking, and when he is actually there, he insists you need an ?appointment? despite there being no appointment system in place. His whole ?Mr Attitude? persona is completely unnecessary, and he treats customers with rudeness and arrogance rather than care and professionalism.
In my opinion, he is unfit to represent a community pharmacy, and Morrisons management urgently needs to step in.

This is the 1 chemist I will avoid at all cost's,
You are treated with absolutely Zero respect , unhumane and just a number in the queue,
I actually encountered one hell of an experience here with a very large rasist pharmacist who was training at the time,
He was so insulting towards me and kept staring at my 9year old granddaughter who started to cry so i had to take her around the corner ,
I complained but nothing was done,
Even now this man will follow me around the store to try and intimidate me each time he spots me so ive decided to just avoid the store completely from now on.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Extended hours compared to other chemists due to the supermarket location. A dispenser for NHS 111 issued prescriptions. Good range of chemist items. Private consultation room and pharmacist available.

I?m surprised to see this Pharmacy has only 3*?s. I use them a lot, in most weeks with one thing or another for the last 4 years. I can absolutely say they deserve 5*. They do their best to help, the queue is rarely long, they talk to you like human beings, and this pharmacy often has meds that others don?t. I?ve tried closer pharmacys to me, and the big one in the high street? I?ve lost literal hours waiting at both for them not to have what I need, or unable to process prescription for hours. This is definitely the best one in the city by far.

Very rude and unprofessional behaviour, they should have to learn ethics and customer service skills. Literally he was very rude and aggressive. I have been to this place twice to get advice but they give me wrong advice every-time i had a swear temperature after visiting this place i went to another pharmacist and he advice me some medicines but on this place he said you have nothing wrong, and he said to me in a very bad attitude.

Terrible service, 4 staff behind the counter in pharmacy and a further assistant filling shelves. Had to wait for 5 minutes before one of the pharmacist told her to serve me. The lady was very surly on the point of rude. Finally the pharmacist came over and refused to give me anything for my eye infection as she said she couldn't see anything, hardly surprising as I was over 6ft away from her in a badly lit corner and wearing glasses!!

I had a really bad experience at the pharmacy today. the pharmacist was not nice to me at all, All I wanted was one box of medicine for my baby and she said NO we will not take any prescriptions we are busy come back after 3 and it was 12:30!!She was completely rude and didn't even show any true apology!I will never go there again. I really hope they look into the manners and professionalism of the pharmacists they hire, this is unacceptable!on the contrary the pharmacist assistant was a lovely lady who helped the gentleman before me in the line.

Very dissatisfied with the service as the last 3 or 4 times have consecutively been quite disappointing.Today's episode, went to pick up a prescription tendered in almost a week ago. Got to the counter, gave my details and still spent 15 minutes waiting. due to previous negative experience, I confirmed from the surgery that it had already been picked up 2 days prior.Returned to the counter to alert the staffmember who then confirmed my worst fears, the prescription request, although acted on by the GP and collected by the pharmacy had NOT BEEN DISPENSED. Almost a bit sorry for the staffmember who said they were just there for 2 weeks , but was able to explain that nowadays you'd have to call or visit even a day before...I enquired what the use of making the request a week b4 was, if it wasn't going to be processed. Oh and the number can't be given because it's "on Google and actually there's fewer staff anyways".I was asked to return in 30 mins, by which time I informed that I was already disappointed because I'd be missing my train. Staff reassured me it will indeed be ready then.Tell my why, almost an hour later, during which I managed to fit in another whole appointment in town, MY PRESCRIPTION was still not ready. I rewrote my details and confirmed I had come an hour earlier, but still this made no difference.I watched the clock tick and at the very last minute was only told "sorry it had been misfiled "all alongNeedless to say I dashed out of there..and still missed my 2nd trainAt this point, I am 99% sure no one in management is going to read or action this..but my question to the staff here is this: what is your guideline on the best possible way to get ones prescription dispensed on time..?Because in the last 4 or so months, presenting the slip ahead of time , appearing days before to collect, calling the GP practice and them confirming your staff have indeed picked it up, opting not to wait I longer for 'labeling' because I'm also a HCW (staff ID presented)and will take all responsibility...nothing seems to work.Anyone willing to bet that a simple apology won't even be given??

So easy to pick up your prescription you don?t have log to wait and the staff are so helpful
