Don?t bother phoning for a collection , just arrive and order . Second time I phoned through second time I had to wait ages . Frustrating

Order was 40 mins late, arrived with no drink, the chicken burger had no mayo or salad, a dry bap with a dry bit of chicken lashed into it, chips were 90% crispy end bits, Ive used the Ards Millars for years this Bangor branch has a lot of catching up to do if its to be the same standard as there, very disappointed.

Just rang to place order for delivery,
Asked them do they do delivery, lady hang the phone. At the first i thought something wrong with a line, but when i tried to ring again, they just didnt answer.

Great and reasonably priced fish and chips, take it down to the pier for a classic experience , you can also play a game by leaving a chip out for the seagulls and then chasing them away and screaming at them, rinse and repeat, great fun for all ages

The Staff serving were nice but the food was very disappointing. The fish appeared to have been double cooked. Chips were OK but the peas were dreadful. The only flavour of the peas was burnt. It's a shame because I had chips about 9 months ago and they were excellent. Bangor needs great fish and chips

Ordered a takeaway last night that came stone cold. We had to put the chips into the air fryer. The batter on the fish was thick and congealed when it arrived. The chicken wrap was drowned in mayonnaise.
We have ordered from Millar's before with no issues so assuming the factor was Saturday night contributed to how cold the food was when it arrived.

I didn't know a chippy could taste that good, wow.
We ordered multiple chicken stripper meals, order was perfect with no errors. Was well informed on the delivery time by the lady on the phone. All in all great service and 10/10 food.
