I went to buy cargo trousers and I got exactly what I wanted. I bought two colour of the same item. Beautiful fit, good quality and fair price. I was very pleased also that I got a 20% discount because of my M&S loyalty card. Brilliant service at the service counter as well. Thank you.

Very unsatisfactory! Cafe in this M&S has been using only "cardboard cups/plates and wooden cutlery for the past four days because their dishwasher is broken down. Pathetic! What's wrong with loyal staff taking turns to put on rubber gloves and wash dishes. M&S could even supply Fairy liquid to keep their poor hands nice and soft!! Plenty of regular customers still prepared to "suffer" this unnecessary inconvenience".

Hubby took me out for quick brunch, when i sat down waiting for my toastie, the floor was filthy everywhere food lying saw the brush and pan sitting in corner unused, the guy wiped the tables and swiped the food on floor,so filthy place.it turned me and my hubby.i couldnt eat my toastie the smell from bins yuck.......not good for M&S....please look into your staff need alot of training in hygiene.

It was awful I asked for a breakfast wrap and was waiting for my food after I payed and a lady came up and said they were out of breakfast wraps after I payed. Terrible service and all I was left with was a bowl of dry chips. Such a waste of money and my time.

Well??..I now know why I don?t shop here anymore. Extremely poor customer service, no interaction from staff, can?t be bothered attitude. Self check out experience was not good, guy who was working there just grunted and us, no pride in his appearance and looked very dishevelled. We won?t be back in a hurry and will continue to shop at Waitrose where the staff are more professional and helpful.
