My 10 year old ASD & ADHD daughter got her first pair of glasses. When we went back to collect them the receptionist was so lovely. She explained everything about wear and care of glasses very patiently and went out of her way to find my daughter a special glasses case that's also a mini bag. It's made her day and boosted her confidence. I've just just had to take her shopping for lip balm and perfume to fill it lol. Brilliant service, thank you.
