Went in xmas eve the t-shirt i wanted had a flaw in it and I was offered 10% off I declined, I was told there would be more in after Christmas, went in today picked up the size I wanted, discovered this was the same t-shirt with the same flaw on it, quiet obviously had been put back after my visit on Christmas Eve, asked a male sales assistant if there was more stock, was told everything was out, pointed out the flaw and that I had told the staff about the defect on Christmas Eve, staff member could not care less, he couldn't even take the faulty t-shirt off me and I had to put it back on the rack, shops complain that the Internet is stealing sales, yet don't care staff are the greatest demon to lost sales, I won't be back.
