No. I have spent a lot of money purchasing both bathroom and kitchen from Homebase. Their range is great and they were a great support helping us design our layout, giving we were very particular about the standard we wanted.
However since booking in delivery for all the items, it?s all went wrong. I feel like my husband should now be employed by Homebase for the amount of time he has spent chasing and trying to resolve all the issues. Which I would like to add are still not resolved. Our bathroom arrived damaged and we had to delay our plumber until the new part was delivered, on installing the bathroom 2 weeks later it was then noticed that our shower tray was also cracked and to prevent further delays the plumber went out and purchased another one. We are still waiting to be refunded for this!
Our kitchen arrived with many missing items and our kitchen doors arrived not to quality. After a couple of weeks going back and forth with Homebase last week we got good news that it would all be arriving with us on Monday and eventually I could see my kitchen complete.
Here we are a day later missing parts arrived but doors well the standard of them are worse than the first batch delivered. I was informed a manager would call us today and we have received no phone call. I am annoyed, angry and disappointed at the time and effort we have had to put into all of this surely it should not be this difficult. To get it wrong once ok errors happen but twice please explain? I would like to hope that this is rectified quickly without us having to spend more of our time chasing this matter and we get the respect we deserve to be updated on a kitchen that should be up to quality and to standard first time around.

toilets locked and when I asked worker they said they had no cleaner during the day so when he unlocked them they were not clean and this was the disabled toilet disgraceful

I was in today 1/11/23 at the customer service desk with a issue I had with tiles I purchased. I have to say the two members of staff that helped me (one morning, one afternoon) were understanding, kind and so very helpful. I had a fantastic customer service experience. Honestly I was having a nightmare day and when I left the store I felt so much better and reassured. Super skills and a very happy customer. This is not the first time I?ve had this brilliant experience I?d also a chair problem last year and that staff member went over and above.
Thank you all so much Homebase! What a fabulous bunch of staff you have.

Disappointed they didn't have wallpaper that was on their webpage, sales assistant very helpful in seeing if another store had any, but none, couldn't order to come in store ?? Ended up having to order online from different company, paying extra per roll. Got what I wanted after all
