“I was in today 1/11/23 at the customer service desk with a issue I had with tiles I purchased. I have to say the two members of staff that helped me (one morning, one afternoon) were understanding, kind and so very helpful. I had a fantastic customer service experience. Honestly I was having a nightmare day and when I left the store I felt so much better and reassured. Super skills and a very happy customer. This is not the first time I’ve had this brilliant experience I’d also a chair problem last year and that staff member went over and above. Thank you all so much Homebase!
