No alternatives for people with diary issues I ask for oat milk and was told they stopped it two weeks ago so the only option is black tea or coffee for anyone who has diary issues not acceptable

Visited this store this morning. Queued for a time to discover 2 queues. 3 people skipped in front. No signage or direction for customers. Hot food ordered received stone cold. Terrible place.

The food and staff are all lovely but when ordering online my order has been missing items.
My last 3 online orders have has items missing and unfortunately I can't ever seem to get through to anyone on there contact number. The first two times I had to go into the store and the staff where extremely understanding and apologetic so no hate toward them
The third time only a sausage roll was missing so not worth getting a lift to the town to get it replaced.
