My personal experience of the pharmacists and all staff at Springhill Gordons Chemist, are they are always very professional, polite, caring and helpful. The staff are very busy most days and yet still maintain their exceptional customer service.

Ordered prescription with plenty of notice from my gp and somewhere between supplier and gordons chemist there has been a mistake? the prescription has not been available 2 days in a row. I cannot go to work without my appliances and this has cost me a days wages would not recommend at all. Not the first time this has happened either

Go to your pharmacist 1st for minor ailments.. He practically laughed when I asked about strep throat.. No wonder the Health Service is circling the drain!!!!

Customer service severely lacking. A pharmacist actually laughed at me in a sarcastic manner for having the audacity to ask for a prescription that might not have been delivered yet. I had a throbbing migraine at the time and had told her so. I only gave two stars as the staff on the makeup counter are friendly.

Very bad service. I have arranged to pick my repeat prescription up from them as its walking distance. Managed to get it once and then when I tried the next month I was told by a not so friendly worker that I have to contact them to let them know that there is a prescription from my surgery, which they could have told me the first time. I then found out from my Dr that the meds were picked up. After numerous back and forth calls, where I got the phone hung up on me twice I then was told that the chemist lost my prescription. Poor, poor service and I've now moved back to my old chemist at Conlig.

Absolutely shocking customer service, stood for almost 6 minutes before someone served me, four people behind the counter not one could speak to me or serve me, kept looking up at me and giving me dirty looks repeatedly, probably hoping I would just go away, humiliating and degrading what a way to treat paying customers..

Friendly excellent service . The pharmacists Alan and Steven,always greet the customers as do the girls . They are all eager to help
