I am so delighted with my new glasses . This was my first visit to Faceware Science and I wish I'd moved sooner, from the expert eye test with Susan to the after care in choosing and fitting my glasses made me feel cared for and I can now see much better than ever.First class all round .

Exceptional from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who offer an unrushed, enjoyable service. Eye exams are comprehensive and instil a degree of confidence that you just don't get from some of the big name conveyor belt outlets. I'm delighted with the service and products that I've received on each visit. Credit is due to all the staff but a special mention must go to Anna who is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I had recently, great customer service from the friendly, professional, informative staff. The choice of frames and lenses are varied and can be tailored to suit all. I would strongly recommend this opticians.

I don't think people realise how thorough an eye test can be until they go to somewhere that does it properly.I work in healthcare and understand the limitations which companies can put on people's clinical standards in the pursuit of profit. I can spot the 'good guys/gals'.This place is definitely in the 'good' group, they put the patient first. 100%. They are truly passionate about what they do and they are a credit to their profession.My advice? Ditch the budget eye tests and go get one done PROPERLY. Then make your judgement!

Very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Dedicated attention when explaining about the eye test and afterwards excellent caring service. Ensures that the changes to my eyes are fully understood and explains the necessity of having my glasses updated or choose a new pair.An all round efficient caring service encompassing all of your needs. I went in because a screw in my specs kept coming undone. So polite! Helpful, seated on a designer leather sofa. She couldn't finish the job at the time, but said when colleague was back she could do so. Went to lunch and called in on the way back. New screw, glasses cleaned and polished, no charge. Lovely people, lovely shop.

Delighted to be among the first to use the new schmancy machines! A very thorough examination as usual. Proper COVID measures were taken at all times. The team are an absolute delight from the moment you step in the door - especially Anna!
