Just a complete shambles from start to finish. Incompetent staff caused my upgrade to go wrong and then made to feel humiliated and as if my fault on collection. Really need to up the customer service and care. Go to the Ards shop,friendly,professional and on the ball there.

Received a txt to say my phone arrived to the shop at 2.30pm.. arrived to pick it up at 3pm .. Store is closed ! Even though its open until 6pm. I purposely delivered it to the store due to the opening hours and not being at home. Terrible service from the store

I would personally give no zeros if I could they way the staff spoke to my mum after selling her a phone that she was miss sold information on. Staff arent well trained at all and to be told of a non manager that said she was a manager and then asked if she was a manager she said ?no? abit embarrassing on her behalf. Horrific staff. She was also told a few days before from a member of staff there that she has been miss sold information on the phone then to be told she hasnt been of the ?manager?. Wouldn?t recommend this shop at all and believe and good reviews have been made by the staff themselves.
