My wife always enjoys Dunelm, this time we popped to the cafe as our daughter had just fallen asleep. We had a buttie and a jacket potato, 2 coffees and a slice of Cheesecake. The mains were spot on, enjoyed them considering the price. The Cheesecake looked amazing, it just wasnt unfortunately, I felt it was missing something. The coffee was the most disappointing part, was very bitter even with the added sugar. I'd probably eat here again, just not for a coffee.

Big queues, one on the till. Plenty of staff around. Returned an item having discovered rust when opening it. Manager had to be called , had to check said item before a refund was given. No apology, clearly just a hindrance. Customer service zero. Didn't want and apology, however made to feel like I was a problem returning a defaulted item. Won't be returning

Wife of named reviewer - What a find!! Great little cafe - delicious bacon baps and lattes today. Loads of bacon ? Cakes looked fab too. Lovely staff. Special shout out to Amelia - so friendly, good fun and loads of care taken to make the coffees look amazing. Keep up the good work team. We?ll be back that?s for sure.

Tried to call Dunelm at Bangor, phone just rang and rang, called Chester, answered within seconds, not impressed Bangor, rang few times again, still no answer.....?

Great place to visit for all ages and something for everyone to buy. The carpark is a good size and there were plenty of spaces when we arrived, at 4pm, on a school night.
The carpark, pavement area and access into the store is completely flat and fully accessible for strollers and wheelchairs.
There is a little cafe with a great selection of cakes, biscuits, crisps, drinks and hot food. The staff in the cafe are really lovely and can't do enough for you. There are toilets upstairs and an in-store lift

Recently visited Dunelm Bangor, where I was graciously assisted by customer service assistants Ruth and Larsson to find the perfect bedding for my new home. Both were superb in helping me choose this wonderful product! Many thanks to these excellent staff members!

Joseph Joseph sink drainer is faulty . Made a 100 mile journey to take it back , only to be told after 10 months of wear we don?t give refunds . Contact Joseph direct as products have a 2 year guarantee . Checked the website out only to find out that I need to take it back to the store I purchased it from
. As usual no one is taking blame for £44 worth of sink drainer .,, buy direct from manufacturer is my motto .
