Paying 1700 for a mattress that would take 10 weeks to make . Arrived in 2 weeks and deffo not the mattress I ordered. Not the wow factor at all . Very dissapointed ?

Disappointed with the communication in this store. We visited in January and found a mattress we liked. We were told that it would be 6-7 weeks delivery and that we could pay a deposit that day and then pick a delivery date when it arrived. We didn?t commit to anything that day so went back in the middle of February and were told the same thing by a different salesperson. We explained that we were due to purchase a house at the end of March so would it be reasonable to order the mattress now for delivery then, giving the delivery address of the new house. They said this was ok and we paid a deposit. We were then called 10 days later to be told it was in store and we needed to pick a delivery date. Having nowhere to store it until we buy the house, we asked if it could be kept in store based on the timeline we were told. We were told no, and we had to make arrangements to have it delivered and stored at a family members house. Overall poor communication and felt like they just wanted to make the sale as we then have to make alternative arrangements to move it when we move house.

Went to Dreams needing a new mattress where my wife and I were met by a staff member Jonathan who was very pleasant and helpful explaining the difference between products and helping us reach a decision on what we needed. Would have no hesitation in recommending this store as the go to place and ask for Jonathan very professional
