Called in to buy and washing machine and and tumble dryer. Picked the items with the sales assistant. Sales assistant got to till, entered the items then a fault came up on till. Tried another till - same thing. Couldn't resolve the problem. Walked out - an hour of my life wasted.

Salesman helpful, promised free delivery on an item costing £1300. When we got to paydesk , he said his boss would only offer half the delivery price. So we left.

Interesting experience in the bangor store today went into look at a new phone for my mum who is in her 70's and wanted something not to expensive but suitable and easy to use for her found the Samsung A16 and lifted it and set all the alarms off straight away approached by a young girl and we apologised about the alarm we just lifted it, it's okay she said they are very sensitive followed by we don't have many phones in stock at the moment so your probably better going somewhere else ? did she really just say that!! My mum then proceeded to try talk to her for some advice the girl had no interest so I opened amazon in the shop and bought it then walked out all staff at the entrance door you can go out this way thanks for visiting well I won't be back
