“I'm not normally one to write reviews either good or bad, but I had to make sure the young fella who works in there gets the recondition he deserves. My mother went in to get some American dollars today, my mother is 82 years of age and maybe isn't the easiest person to understand, this young fella was so helpful and patient with her explained the rate to her, also gave her a wee pouch with 20 1 dollar notes in it, which is an excellent idea, He asked her where she was going, all the nice wee chit chat my mother loves. She handed him to much money she wasn't aware until he had told her and handed back to her with a big smile on his face, stating "I don't like these plastic notes either" she laughed. He made a situation my mother isn't very comfortable in so pleasant and easy.”
