Handy location with a car park next door. Very friendly staff. Can send text messages to let you know when your prescription is ready for collection.

Any time I'm in here the staff spend a lot of time talking behind the tills and make you wait ages i know they are maybe working but it always seems to take much longer than other pharmacys I go to in the area and its really hard to get speaking to staff when I have a problem!!

They were "too busy" to fill my prescription when I called to collect my medication (last week). Apparently mine was "near the bottom" and I was told to call back that afternoon. My telephone number was taken and I was to receive a phone call when it was ready. The call never came and I still don't know why I left my prescription with them! I should have taken it off them and had it filled by another chemist. The second visit was better, more professional but I was asked for my telephone number again etc., I will not be using them going forward.

Like the branch just up the Clandeboye Road, this is a good, well appointed wee pharmacy with a wel informed and discreet staff who are well equipped to help you with whatever you need, whether it be filling a prescription or helping you out with advice on over the counter medication. Even closer to the health centre than the other branch, this shop is perfectly situated for the service it offers. The prices are pretty standard but you will get an excellent service here. Any time I have used this pharmacy I have found it easy to use, professional and efficent in the utmost.
