“We arrived in Bangor fresh off the plane from Australia and went straight to the 3 store in Bloomfield's shopping centre. We were here 5 years ago and had received excellent service and coverage for road tripping. So, we met with Claire in the same store and she couldn't do enough to help us with the purchase and set up of a new Sim card with a great deal. Claire answered all our questions, set up our phones and gave us lots of hints for travelling further afield than Ireland. Great customer service and pleasant throughout. Thanks Claire and well done. You deserve a raise ?

“Been using this store regularly now for a couple of years mainly to trade in items but have also bought phones from them too - All the guys are incredibly helpful nothing is too much trouble and they explain everything in detail. Every single one of them has so much technical knowledge about everything and are always professional . A pleasure just to to go in and browse too!! I worked in customer services for 25 years for a Global company & highly recommend their store and their total service package !!”

“I purchased a phone from here on 13 January. Its my worst nightmare as I'm not tech savvy but the girl called Emma could not have been more helpful and supportive if she tried. I decided on the Samsung flip 4 which I thought was a bit much for me but turns out I don't give myself enough credit. I received a text message today to say because I purchased the phone I was entitled to a £300 gift ? voucher for Adidas bonus ? or what ?. Emma thanks for transferring everything over and making this process so much easier and painless than other encounters.”

“I had a problem with my mobile that I had attempted to sort by calling Vodafone directly but was unable to resolve.I visited the Bangor store and all the staff were extremely helpful, especially the Store Manager Rhiannon who I was dealing with.The issue turned out to be quite a complex problem in the end involving numerous calls etc on my behalf, to the Vodafone technical department. This was not an easy fix but Rhiannon pursued with the technical department until the problem was eventually resolved. The staff at the Store provided excellent customer service on a busy Saturday. Thank you.”

“I honestly have to say the staff in this store where exceptional. When I explained I had joined rob my father in law in the store as he was lent very knowledgable and was worried, the fellow serving us immediately stopped what he was doing to explain that no one should have to feel like that and if rob needed him to slow down or go over anything at all just to ask! Brilliant! He helped pick a new phone and even copied all of his photos over to it and he helped in showing us some of the features and how to get used to some of the changes. He even saved us money but we got a new phone! When my contracts up with sky I’ll most likely come back to him to check out the BT deals aswell he was so informative but not pushy. I can’t remember his name but he had a shaved head and glasses, the young softly spoken girl working at the time greeted my father in law and made time to say goodbye aswell! Rob made a point this morning of getting me to do this review as he was just so happy! Well done to the Bloomfield EE staff”
