Called in to grab a tea for a homeless person just up from the shop. When I explained to the guy working he offered to pay for it . I told him its my good deed for the day and he made up a tea with a separate milk so the homeless person could have a couple of cups. But the owners of this franchise should be absolutely delighted to have this guy working there. He's the guy that had a bike accident !! Credit to this shop

Sorry but this cafe feels as if it's not clean! Tables left with trays full of cups etc. Floor dirty and unkempt. Could do a lot better! Seating has seen better days and doesn't even look clean! Badly needs to smarten up!

This Cafe Nero is average on a good day. Tables are never cleared, cutlery is dirty and stained, sofa seats are disgusting, with food crumbs stuck down the sides. Maybe santa will provide a hoover for this place.

Typical Nero shop.Decent coffee. Decent service. OK food. But..drab,untidy premises. Tables uncleared. I don't mind the place but I tend to come in only when it is raining..it is closest coffee shop to the train station. Nero used to be great - early Noughties.Not any more.Gerry Milligan.

Very blunt and fed up service on a Sunday morning - watched the worker struggle over a frappe trying to squeeze out chunks of chocolate into a plastic cup when I was charged to sit in. £5 for sugar water that I couldn?t stomach. Overpriced , messy service , impatient workers that appear to need anti depressants would recommend the red berry next door instead.
