Terrible Customer Service from Bangor Boots Hearing. Booked online with all my personal details 2 weeks in advance. Got a text on the day 2hrs before hand cancelling the appt, no explanation or reason given. Just an automated message. When I queried it they didn't know who I was, they didn't have my personal details at hand. You're just another number, no personalised patient centred care.
