Carol was recommended by a friend and I have not been disappointed, easily the best experience ever of professionalism and courtesy.I felt under no pressure at any time during my eye test and got to choose the most comfortable frames I have ever had, they are a joy to wear!! unlike some previous ones. Carol was so friendly , efficient and clearly knew how to find me lovely glasses with the correct prescription! After 2 bad experiences with specsavers when last prescription was wrong ! Cannot recommend Carol?s opticians more highly ??

We had wonderful appointments with Carol. I have never experienced such kind and professional customer care before. It was absolutely top notch.Cillian or 8 year old was a tad nervous but within minutes Carol has become his best friend. A beautiful embracing and calming way with young people. A super collection of frames. I'm sure my prescription will be sharper and of a higher quality. I'm now wearing varifocals and haven't been so happy with my last two sets from a very big spec company as they still remained a bit unfocusedDefinitely will do another review once one got my new glass. Love the eco range

Great service, by far the nicest eye exam I have had, very reasonable priced and was able to have a good conversation with the optometrist who was so helpful, even came out and helped me in picking out a new pair of glasses. Would normally have gone to Specsavers but had a 1 month wait for standard eye exams, booked and seen on the same day here and way better service, many thanks ?

I booked my appointment on the basis of the great Google reviews and I was not disappointed! Carol is so friendly, welcoming and accommodating while also being very professional and thorough. She was brilliant with my daughters too and made their eye exams so fun?they?ve been asking when they can go back! What?s more, she didn?t try to up-sell me new frames or lenses, telling me my existing ones were absolutely fine. Thank you and we look forward to returning next year!

I have been attending the same Opticians for many years but the time had come when I needed to change as I wasn't satisfied and wanted a second opinion. My present Optician had been unable to resolve my sight issue.I chose Bangor Optometrists from the excellent google reviews which I had read about them and I was not disappointed.At my appointment I was given a warm friendly welcome. The reason for my sight deterioration was diagnosed almost immediately, expert advice on the necessity for laser treatment was given by Carol and she and Lisa were very helpful when choosing my new glasses from a vast range and which were very reasonably priced.This visit exceeded all my expectations and I can highly recommend Bangor Optometrists. I am so thankful that Carol was able to describe to me in great detail what the problem was and point me in the right direction for treatment.Thank you for your professional advice and first class service. I look forward to getting my new glasses.

Carol and James at Bangor Optometrists are absolutely fab. Such lovely people and consummate professionals, with a genuine love of what they do and a passion for helping people. Carol diagnosed me recently with an eye condition, and has been so helpful in sorting me out with glasses and talking through contact lens options etc during what has been a slightly uncertain time for me. Carol even managed to squeeze me in for a last minute lens fitting on a day that she knew I had something happening so that I would have them in time, and offered to stay late to work around my 9-5 so that I could pick out frames after work!I have received a level of professional care that I have never experienced with high-street optometry chains before and I'll never go back. The customer service and technical expertise is second to none and I'm so glad I went there. Thank you both! :-)

This is the best optician in Northern Ireland! Exclusive ranges of designer frames. I love my Ted Baker frames and when I wanted a new pair the PALA frames are to die for. The only optician I know to stock such a beautiful and unique range of both top and upcoming designer frames. As a fashion lover, I love seeing how many on trend the range of frames there are to choose from! The business ethos shines through with the amazing customer service of receptionist and optical assistant Lisa. Opticians James and Carol are also so friendly and knowledgable. If you are looking for an optician that will go the extra mile, look no further. Bangor Optometrists has my highest recommendation.

Well I truly would not go anywhere else but Bangor Optometrists. Having had a bad experience with one well known high street opticians who really didn?t have a clue what they were doing I was relieved to be in safe hands here. Perfect news lens just right for my sight. Wealth of knowledge experience and so helpful and kind. Could not recommend this opticians enough.
