Felt compelled to write this as I'm becoming now very uncomfortable now going to asda Bangor, being a resident of Bangor for nearly my whole life, I have to pick up my click and collect items from here, plus i always do a bit of shopping whilst there instore, I spend quite alot weekly online and love asda george for homewares and their clothing. Every time I go in here there is a certain security guard (I've had no issues with the other security guards whatsoever) he's in his 40's with a bald head and tallish... he follows me every time I go into this store and I mean he makes it very obvious in the most smug way possible at first i thought i was Imagining it, but he followed me previously to the medication section and stood shoulder to shoulder beside me and grinned into my face then proceeds to stand opposite the checkout watching my every move!!! Maybe his time would be better spent actually manning the store looking for actual shop lifting instead of harassing a solo female who's never not paid for a thing in their life and is presentable in ever manner its really off putting and insulting to say the least. If he actually looked at the cameras instead of following me he would see there's never been a thing lifted!!! Sort it out Asda totally unacceptable there's doing a job but he's clearly crossing the line, I will be reporting this further up to head office.

Tried to contact Bangor Store- absolutely given the run around- wasted 30 mins of my time just with a simple query- rotten customer service

The redhead and blonde bob with glasses consistently hover over customers with melanin, treating staff and shoppers as if they are suspicious. Their behavior toward the mixed staff member assisting at self-service was inappropriate and unprofessional. Their outdated mindset, speech, and appearance make the workplace uncomfortable for both colleagues and customers. I strongly recommend immediate diversity and inclusion training to address these patterns and create a respectful environment for everyone.

Place has totally went down hill , basic food lines constantly out stock , shelves full off empty spaces, only time fully stocked is when they must be getting head office visit. Management need to address stock levels asap.

Was in store with my partner and i decided to go to the mens room ,my partner left and waited in the car ,As i was leaving the no exit gate was open and this security person called Mathew stepped in front of me and told me i had to walk all the way round the tills to get to the exit door,,when i got to the exit door he stood there with a silly grin on his face while i talked to the duty manager Anthony who wasnt much help when i asked him his name and headoffice num he sarcastically said ....its all on your reciept Mathew stood there smiling and laughing ,i asked him if he thought it was funny ,he then started to back chat
in a sarcastic manner .........clearly this behaviour from the security person Mathew and the Manager Anthony has now made my decision to take my business to the Newtownards store were i will be happy to deal with the manger Niall and spend my money there and also to the cityside store and deal with Ania and Chris who were totally professional .

New 1 way system, barriers, and bad placement of self checkout areas in store make it difficult to navigate in store and difficult to nip in from Main Street for small shop like lunch as now have to leave at rear of store.
