Stopped for coffee on 17 July. Only one Barista using the coffee machine despite four staff members present. The girl at the till couldn?t print out an itemised till receipt. The Barista didn?t serve the customers in any particular order. Hot coffees were left sitting by the machine while iced coffees were handed out, seriously? FYI, the hot drinks do go cold very quickly ?? I do expect the hot drink to be hot! The coffee grounds bin was emptied while hot coffee drinks were sitting by the machine waiting to be served. Some improvements are needed here. You can do better than this.

Worst service I have ever had in a cafe in my life. I am 6 months pregnant and went to Starbucks with my husband and toddler for a coffee. When my husband was coming back with the coffees a male staff member asked me to move up so he could squeeze another table in beside us. There was literally no room with a large pram and me and my husband to sit. I expressed my concerns and he said I had to move up as that table needed to go there. I was distraught. We then seen a couple get up from another table with low down seats which we were forced to move to. After having to evacuate our table, the staff member didn't even bother moving the table over that he planned to. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me, he also wasn't wearing a name badge. I asked to speak to the duty manager who was called Silver and I told her my concerns. She said "he legally doesn't have to give you his name" and "I appreciate your concerns" that's all I got.
They forced a pregnant lady with a pram to a low down uncomfortable table when we were comfortably seated before this and NO apology given.
It's worth noting I never make complaints or write reviews like this but I am so angry about my whole experience. Absolute disgrace. We won't be back.

In Starbucks Thursday. Initial Americano poorly made,returned it and provided a good one. Had just started to drink it, when a staff member, short stature,dark hair, local accent, came over to where we were sitting, opened the large doors adjacent to us and fixed them open. Then she started to move our chairs and said, "you'll have to move". We looked outside to see a van had just pulled up and was delivering 2 new chairs. We had no choice and quickly moved. It was an extrememly cold, windy day and the adjacent customers looked as shocked and cold as we were.There was no explanation, given prior to the event, planning, apology. Awful.We then returned to our seats to have our coffee, once the large doors had been closed. We will not be back. We have used this chain allot in Canada, for over 20 years. This staff member is a poor performer and does not fit the friendly ethos, that Starbucks strives to represent.
