I don't know what it is about Banbridge, but living in Dublin, you can drive all over it and find the same generic rubbish is 15 stores. Banbridge, population about 30 has half a dozen amazing bathroom shops sells different great products, a phenomenon replicated across the shopping spectrum. Enter stage, moi. Excellent range, got exactly what I wanted, good quality, so why four stars. This was shipped to Dublin for a very reasonable fee if I recall but the driver wouldn't take the tile trims, not a bother, even I can find them in Dublin. Did they call me and let me know did they bol...So installer had to go off and get them midjob rather than me getting them for him day or so before he arrived.Did they refund me my princely sum of about a tenner despite numerous requests, the lady who does that being off etc. Etc. Did they me h...In short that classic Nordy charm of being brilliant but rough as a badgers hind quarters around the edges.

I'm pretty certain that this is a joke company. Came to my house to do a quote over 10 weeks ago. Rang them two weeks later for the quote and they said they were busy. Rang them 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks and 6 weeks later everyday with each time them telling me the quote was on its way. 10 weeks later and I'm still waiting for the quote. Clearly not a serious company and one to avoid.

If I were able to award zero stars I would do so. Ordered and paid for tiles 12 weeks ago. Called last week and had it confirmed that the tiles were ready for collection. Drove the 15 mile yesterday on my lunchbreak to collect the tiles, only to discover that they had sold my tiles. To add insult, the guy serving me, although he did apologize, was dismissive, asked me did I want my money and offered no solution. I can only wonder, based on this experience, are Sabbini concerned about utmost good faith at point of sale? Do they expect clients to pay for goods and services 12 weeks in advance, despite not being able to provide the goods and services paid for? These may be questions for trading standards to answer, but in the short term, my personal recommendation would be to avoid this shop.

From initial ideas, design and work, we could not have been happier with all the team! Any hitches along the way were discussed and solved with minimal fuss. Family bathroom & en-suite started on a Monday- completely gutted & fully finished by Friday of the same week! All the guys were cheery & pleasant the whole week. Reckon I must be the first person to say she missed the workers when it was all done! Quite simply, an outstanding team of craftsmen!
