Whilst motorhoming in NI from Scotland my main lighting system failed . Even though it was a bank holidayJ&M managed to see me at short notice and quickly diagnosed the problem. I am over the moon with the service, helpfulness, and end result,very reasonable price. Thankyou J&M. We can now continue with our holiday.

This is our second time around to bringing our Jeep to J&M Auto Repairs (breaks/airbag) and both times we were overwhelmed by their professionalism, timely repairs and just amazing service. Amazing service. They even came out on the evening of a Bank Holiday to pick up my car when I was stranded on the side of the road after car unexpectedly died. They got it fixed and running in a day, saving me thousands of quid that I was originally quoted at VW (VW tried to claim it wouldnt even be economical to fix the car, even though they couldnt tell me what was wrong with it!). J & M quickly diagnosed the problem, got the parts and fixed it up in no time. Will only be taking my golf here from now on!

I left my car in for a door lock replacement. They got the part and fitted it a week later. The door lock lasted less than a week before it failed again. I explained than I had no confidence in their abilities and asked for a refund and was refused and told that I was annoying them. I purchased the component and had it fitted by another mechanic. The door lock fitted by J&M and I payed full price for did not look like the new unit I purchased. Stay well clear as there are easier ways to lose your money.
